product & co was born out of the realization that the standard development process often does not lead to the best outcomes.
Cumbersome municipal approvals and back-logged approval authorities stress every project’s schedule. The push to recoup lost time can often mean less time devoted to ensuring the concept and schematic plans are optimized.
As soon as the design meets the return threshold, developers often push go. This leaves money on the table.
product & co exists to take that money back off the table and put it in your pocket.
Founded in 2019 to provide development management services to select corporate clients under the name of M33 Galaxy Inc., the company was rebranded in late 2022 as product & co. This to reflect the critical importance of product to successful real estate development.
product & co was founded by Rudy Hanel, a seasoned product expert with over 25 years of professional experience split across real estate and financial services. He specializes in product strategy, site visioning, design optimization, and financial return maximization. Rudy holds a master degree in property development from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor of commerce degree from Queen’s University.
